One of the best ways to get people to work with you online, is by attracting them to you. There are simple attraction marketing strategies you can implement online to attract more people who would love to be in your team.
There are no “attraction marketing secrets” or MLM attraction marketing secrets”, there is just the right and wrong knowledge. There is always a right and wrong way to everything in life. Remember that!
When it comes to marketing online and building teams, there are ways to make people come to you, instead of you chasing after them. The concepts are very simple, but the action you need to take, and the consistency that comes with it, is what most people find as a ‘challenge’.
‘challenge’ that can be accomplished, everyone can win here. But for some reason only a few will persevere with the process and end up manifesting their goals. If you only took this VERY seriously, then you can help yourself and become very successful online.

6 Tips to Help You Do It Right!

1 – Grow Daily

It is very important that you keep on learning new things every day, and as often as possible. If you want to become a very successful person in life, knowledge is what will take you there. The right knowledge, of course.
If you want to become a successful person, then you have to learn from the successful people. There are no secrets to success, only the lack of taking action with the right information.
I’ve learned a lot from and about successful people. You can clearly tell the difference between someone who knows how to become successful and someone who does not.
You need to learn exactly what it is that separates these two type of people in this world. There are books, videos, trainings, and even audios, you can study and learn from on this subject.
The successful people grow their knowledge daily or as often as possible.
You need to stop looking for a lottery ticket here, and just do the necessary work to become a successful individual. Stop being lazy and just learn, do, and become the best person you can ever become, each and every day!
Today, try your best to become a better person than yesterday!
This is what I personally do every day; I watch motivational videos, I listen to informational audios, I research things and different topics I want to learn more about, I read self-development books for a little bit, and then I try to teach all of my new knowledge to others immediately.
Doing this, as often as possible, will help you grow your knowledge tremendously. You just need to be very consistent with what you need to do.
Grow daily, take action daily, teach others daily, and make money online. ðŸ˜‰

2 – Take Massive Action

As soon as you learn something new, implement it!
If you want to make what you just learned, worth it, then you need to take action immediately, and apply the information learned.
There is nothing better than taking massive action with an internet marketing strategy, and getting massive results. If you really take this very seriously, and you really take productive action, you are bound to find yourself getting the results you want to get online.
By now you should be able to realize, that the most successful people in this world, are those who did what most would not do, and that is why they can have what most people can’t. Those who worked VERY HARD to get what they want in life, will always end up a winner!
You have to do what others won’t, so you can have what others don’t!
There is no point on learning new things, if you are not going to do anything with the new information. Just do it!

3 – Grow your Network

Now that you are consistently growing your knowledge and becoming a better person every day, it is time to show it to the world.
This is where Internet Marketing Strategies come in handy. You want to promote yourself and grow your online network.
You need to build up an online following.
Social Networks, like Facebook.com, are a great place to grow a network of like-minded people, very fast. You just need to learn how to do it the right way, as with everything else, right!
I personally like to use Facebook to grow a network and following with. Facebook is a great place to implement these Attraction Marketing Tips
Learn how to grow your Social Networks by the masses, and just be very consistent with that. Get out there and don’t be really shy about connecting with others. The best way to grow your Facebook Network, for example, is by being all over the place.
You want to keep on Liking, Commenting, and engaging with other people on Facebook. This is the best way to become “Facebook Famous”.
Be very social in the social networks and make legitimate connections with a lot of people every day. This will be a process, so you want to add things up. Don’t expect your networks to explode over night.
Just do the necessary work daily, and make lots of new friends online.
If you are very consistent on Facebook, you can start building up a big following online…..and get many Likes & Comments on your posts!…

4 – Lead with Value
This is why you should be learning new knowledge every day or every week. So you can lead with Value while you are growing your Social Networks Online.
People tend to follow those who are sharing very valuable things. People who have problems, will follow those who have the potential to solve those problems.
When it comes to building a team online or making money online, it will be a lot easier to do it when others are coming to you for help and information. Now that you know this, how do you think you will become that one person who everybody wants to learn from? ..
You grow daily!!
And then lead others with your value. Is a simple concept that if applied the right way, it has a lot of power to attract others in your niche.
This is how you become a person everyone would like to work with online. You probably now see how everything I talked about previously is coming together.
You grow daily, because you need more value to lead others online. If you didn’t care too much about learning new things very often, how do you expect to keep leading others with value? ..
When you are on Facebook, you want to others with valuable posts, and just never be afraid to be yourself. People love to see things that can change their life, and help them in their online journey, from a normal person.
Share inspirational and valuable content, and motivate people with knowledge that can change their life.
I’m sure you have heard that you need to lead by example online, and growing daily, self-improving to become the best person you can be, is leading by example!

5 – Become an Expert & a Leader

If you really follow all of the information I’m sharing with you today, with time you will become an expert in your field and a leader in life.
This is where attraction marketing starts to work like magic.
When you are at this level, you become a very knowledgeable person, an inspirational individual, and a great leader online. This is where people start to come to you naturally, and ask to work with you.
You need to become the best leader you can ever become!
Learn exactly what you need to do to accomplish the best.
Today, you have learned a lot of that knowledge, so you can now become an expert and a leader online. How much longer are you going to wait to get it done??!! .. ðŸ˜€
Put everything together the right way, get out there, and make it happen. Become the leader you would want to follow and have in your life. Become that expert you would love to learn from!
Plain and simple.

6 – Keep Marching Forward

No matter what happens through your journey online, you need to keep on moving forward. People can tell when you are not.
When you become very confident in what you are doing to change your life, and accomplish your goals online, people can smell that from miles away. And guess what; people love to work with an individual like that!
Wouldn’t you want to work with a leader who is always marching forward, no matter what happens to him!!?
People who seem very confident in what they do, and just do the right things (the things you are learning on this post) very consistently, are the people who are actually succeeding and being followed the most. Think about it.
You can tell when someone is stuck online, and is not doing anything to keep on moving forward, regardless of all the failures. Don’t be that person and just keep moving forward, even when you fail miserably.
Your passion to keep on going forward, is what will make you a very successful person in life.

Boost your Brain Power

Have you ever had that feeling of “overwhelm” and “frustration” knowing that you should be doing one thing, but instead you can’t focus at all? This blog post, I hope, will give you some amazing pointers on 4 quick tips to boost brain power and get more done.



1.

Rest Your Brain and Reboot.

Quiet your mind for just 5 minutes a day.  This can greatly improve your results including your decision making, problem solving, and productivity. Your mind will thank you for the silence! Maybe you take those 5 minutes to meditate and focus on turning off your brain for those few moments.  Maybe you close your eyes and visualize you sitting on the beach with your favorite cocktail (that’s where my mind is at 100%! haha).  Whatever you choose, there is no right or wrong, just focus.2. Focus on one task at a time.

As hard as it is, try not to multi-task.  As humans, we feel the need to do everything at once and love hearing ourselves say that we’re able to multitask!  It’s not a great thing though, so when you have your list of things to do, set aside a scheduled time to focus solely on ONE thing.
3.
Prioritize Your daily to-do list.
When you schedule your to-do list (which I recommend starting to plan out the night before), be sure to have your two most important things that need to be done FIRST.  The things following that should be done soon after but not until your two priorities are done
4. 
Say NO to the status-quo!
Who likes status quo anyways? Be different!  (I’m not suggesting you get fired by going against your boss’s rules), but as entrepreneurs, we all have our own way of doing things and we have to remember that everyone works differently.  Mix it up and find a new approach to doing things; things that will be more productive to you in the end.  What’s the payoff?  A healthier brain and a more creative YOU!

You lost your lead, they weren't stolen!

I hear so many new marketers thinking they had leads "stolen".  This phenomenon actually hinders many new marketers from becoming successful.  Let me explain a bit.

Let's say Nancy joins in company A.  Nancy joined her sponsor Rick because Rick is very successful and Nancy felt very comfortable and an instant trust while talking with Rick.  She felt that Rick could really help her be successful too.

Nancy dives right in and starts promoting her company.  Let's just point out that Nancy has not followed ALL the company training and has not spent any time branding herself yet.  Even so, Fred asks Nancy to tell him more about what she has to offer.  Fred listens but can senses nervousness and apprehension when talking to Nancy.  However, the company seems interesting to him.

Fred now decides he wants to look into this company more.  Fred begins to research and finds Rick.  The reason Fred found Rick is because Rick has been with the company for over a year and has branded himself as a leader and coach.  When Fred reaches out to Rick he feels instantly at ease and joins Rick. Sounds like how Nancy felt when she joined Rick too, right?

Anyway, Nancy sees Rick welcome Fred and immediately thinks Rick "stole her lead".  What really happened is Nancy LOST her lead and her lead FOUND his way to Rick.





How to run a Facebook Group for Business


Running your own group on Facebook can be a great way to generate leads.
Here are some of my top tips for running a Facebook Group for Business.

Decide if you want your group public or private.  This is important because you may not want random people who have nothing to do with the group’s topic to be joining your group.  If it’s private, you, as the admin will have complete control over who you allow into the group.
Next, determine your group rules.  Just to forewarn you, there have been a lot of spammy posts out there that consist of porn and other sexual related things.  Be sure to specify exactly what is not allowed in your group or you could be in for some big trouble. You’ll wear yourself out before you even get started by moderating all of the posts.
Introduce people as they come in.  It will help them feel welcomed and want to stay in the group. It’s your job to connect people to helpful resources or to other members of the group who may be going through similar situations.
Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, let’s discuss how to work the group.  Please don’t assume that this is how every group should be run.  Each group has their own way of doing things, so keep an open mind.
Don’t add people without their consent
If you want to have an engaging group and not make people angry at you, then I highly suggest you ask people before adding them into your group.  Although you may “think” they’d love to be in the group, always ask.  They’ll appreciate you much more for it.  
Remain Consistent.
People need to know that you, as the admin, are going to consistently post day in and day out.  If this is too much responsibility for you, then find someone who can become another admin as a backup. Most people are more than willing to help you out.  I post everyday approximately 3-4 times per day.  
Reach out and get to know the members. 
You brought them into your group for a reason, correct? So why not engage in a private Facebook message getting to know them, what their goals are, and how you might be able to help them.  
Bring it to the phone. 
If you feel like the member can talk to you naturally, then why not bring the conversation to the phone?  This way, you can help them even more by offering resources and tips that they would feel useful for them AND see if they would be open to working with you or doing business of some sort with you.
And that’s it!  This is my exact blueprint to how I run successful Facebook groups and now you will be able to do the same.  Just be natural in your conversations.  Be someone people can relate to, not just someone random behind a computer.  In business, it’s all about cultivating relationships that are built upon trust and rapport.  So start getting your members to know, like, and trust you. Before you know it, you’ll be rocking your business like a superstar!

Follow a Formula for success in Network Marketing

With the excitement of my second network marketing e-book publishing in a few days, I thought I would touch on the same topic today.  Titled "Network Marketing: A Roadmap to Success in Business", I thought going over a few parts of a formula for success was fitting!

Here are a few of those steps.

#1: Personal Development

Spend a portion of each day reading articles, blogposts, or books that will help you become an expert in your niche.  As you learn and learn more, you will feel more confident and this in turn will attract more people to you.
Here are my top 5 personal recommendations:

  3. How to Win Friends and Influence People: By, Dale Carnegie

Meditation and/or prayer
Taking a little time each day to really self-reflect will help with your focus and decrease stress.  Whether it is prayer or mediation or just a little "me" time, do not neglect this!
Affirmations
Speak positive and positive will follow.  Speak yourself into success.  Drop all negativity from your thoughts and vocabulary and watch success begin to flood in on you!

 #2: Prospecting

Prospecting can be done many ways.  I personally prefer to do my marketing online.  Always make prospecting a large part of your day.  Schedule it in.  This is one of your biggest money making activities so don't neglect it!

#3: Presentation

I recommend using to your company’s presentation method so that you are able to duplicate with your team and all be on the same page.  However, there is more than one way to present. But don't get too complicated with this step.  Complicating things can actually scare leads away!  Stick to the basics!

#4: Duplication

If you’ve been in network marketing for any amount of time, then you are well aware that duplication is what makes you money.  If your team isn’t making money, then you’re likely not making money either.  This is the beauty of network marketing.  If you’re helping others succeed, then you are succeeding as well.  



God Isn't Finished With Them Yet

Winnie the pooh famously said “If the person you are talking to doesn’t appear to be listening, be patient. It may simply be that he has a small piece of fluff in his ear”

When Moses spoke to his people in the Bible they didn’t listen because their spirits were broken. But God called for compassion on them.  

So what do you do when someone just won’t listen?  Winnie’s wise words say “be patient”. God’s wiser words say “Love is patient, Love is kind”. Love is willing to wait. 

So if you are frustrated with someone today because they won’t listen to your advice...or hurt by someone that won’t change their ways...be patient and pray. God will open their ears and heart in His time. God isn’t finished with them yet🥰

GET YOUR AUDIENCE ENGAGED!


Engagement on Facebook is, to me, defined as a share or a comment.
Today, I want to give you a few tips that I find useful to increase your engagement with your fans, friends, and followers.

1. Problems and solutions


Here are a few posts I found that truly get your audience engaged.  This shows your audience that you are a problem solver. This will help them to gain trust in you and therefore be more apt to do business with you.
Here are some examples:
  • A tip to clean your makeup brushes: Soak them in vinegar and hot water
  • A tip to save a wet cell phone: Leave it in rice to absorb the moisture
  • A tip to get kids to wash their hands: Put Lego pieces in their soap dispenser to make it more appealing

2. Caption this


This is fun and simple post that is 90% visual and 10% text. The only thing you write “Caption this!”. These work best with funny pictures so be creative.

3. Fill in the blank. 


This type of post gets people thinking.  This is great for fan page engagement.
Here is an example from Target:

Here are a few examples to try on your Facebook Page:
  • Fill in the blank. “My New Years Eve must-have is ______”
  • Fill in the blank. “My Monday morning must-have is ______”
  • Fill in the blank. “My camping trip must-have is _____

4. Like or Share


A “Like” vs. “Share” post let's people "voice" their opinions.
To do one of these types of posts, use a pic editor app and put two pictures side by side.  Here is an example from Walmart:

Here are a few generic posts I have seen used that really work well.:
  • Which is your favorite type of movie? “Like” for comedy. “Share” for romance.
  • Like for Pepsi Share for Coke.
  • “Like” for IPhone. “Share” for Android.



8. Remember when 


Nostalgia is a great way to engage people. People love to walk down memory lane.  Here is an example of this technique used by Lowe's.

  • Remember when you had to actually remember your friend’s phone numbers?
  • Remember when people used typewriters?

Attitude Really IS EVERYTHING!

You hear it time and again.  Attitude is everything.  And maybe in your most apprehensive or negative moments you think it can't be true.

Well folks, IT IS TRUE!

Have you ever spent a small amount of time around someone who is very anxious or angry? In only a short time, you begin to feel anxious and angry too.  Or on the other end, spent time around someone who just can't stop laughing.  Next thing you know, you are laughing too.

In business, it is the same.  If you act negatively, think negatively, or act unsuccessful, guess what happens?  People watching you feel that joining you would be a negative experience and that they wouldn't be successful either.  And trust me when I say, people can detect negativity a mile away!

So, what do you do to combat that feeling of apprehension, impatience, or feeling like you just can't do it?

It starts with affirmations.  Write these down.  Read them out loud.  Sound silly?  Try it!  It works!


Altering my behavior is as simple as changing my thoughts.
Each day I am developing new and positive habits.
I am totally and completely committed to living a life FREE of negative thoughts.
I am grateful for finally being free of my negative thoughts.
I am in utter control of all things in my life.
I am learning to overcome past negative behaviors and I am succeeding.
I am now free from all negative thoughts.
I am much stronger than any dependancy.
I am stronger than any negative behavior.
I am extraordinarily proud of my healthy lifestyle.
I am master of my emotions.

Surround yourself with and interact daily with positive people and leaders.  That positive behavior is contagious too.

Grow your Following. Grow your Business

To have a successful online business, you need to grow your following.  Here are some of my tips to do just that!


1. Create compelling and useful content: This is important when trying to generate more followers. Offer tip, advice, motivation.  Your followers need a REASON to follow you.
2. Test and learn: The best way to find out what works best is to test the market with different options. If you post a specific type of content and don't see an increase in following, test something new.
3. Engage with others. People like to engage with people that engage with them.  Take a few moments each day to comment on other's posts, tweets, and pics.
4. Offer something for free.  There are lots of freebies online.  Find a few good articles and e-books and offer them occassionally to your audience.
5. Answer questions: Create a Q&A and encourage your followers to ask questions. Interactive posts can really help.
6. Publicize your social presence: Include social media icons and links in as many places as possible. This includes your email signature, website and videos, as well as your business card, letterhead, etc.  Put your links in youtube descriptions as well.  Just be careful not to be spammy.
7. Hashtags help: Using hash tags is an effective way to amplify your voice in social media and gain additional followers. Avoid frilly and inappropriate hashtags.  Hashtags are a search tool so use frequently searched terms.
8. Try a paid approach: Do NOT buy followers, but promote your personal brand or business through sponsored posts can be a great way to give a quick boost to your tally of followers.
9. Engage with the one's who influence you: Be strategic about who you follow. Identify the top influences in your industry or area of specialization and follow or connect with them. When someone with a large following comments on or tweets about one of your posts, it can give your own account a nice boost.
10. Press some flesh: Network in the offline world as well. Get in front of your audience, customer base or prospects by attending events and asking them to check you out in social media.

This was shared in a group I'm in and I wanted to share with you but thought it might be a cool excercise in video exposure and crafting our stories for our audience!! 

How to Boost Your Attraction-Factor: #FinancialWellness

Being “attractive” is the name of the game in growing any business.

Whether a large corporation, or a one-woman-show, a blogger, etc. you won’t sell a thing if you aren’t attractive to your potential customers…right? (we know this)

Your “attraction factor” is the foundation for:
1. Building your audience, your warm market
2. Establishing yourself as an authority
3. Ultimately generating leads, sales and signups in your business

So how do you go about accomplishing this?
How do you make yourself more attractive in the market place?

All of us in this group are attractive...but no it’s not about hair and makeup or physical appearance ;-)

There’s a psychology to it and I will share with you some key elements in boosting your "Attraction Factor"

First and foremost people are looking to connect with people NOT with companies
Furthermore, people are drawn to those whom they believe share similar qualities, experiences, life-views, etc. THIS DOES NOT MEAN TO BELLY ACHE ABOUT PAST PROBLEMS.  PEOPLE JOIN LEADERS, NOT VICTIMS. 

So above all else you MUST share YOU and your STORY.  A POSITIVE STORY!
Yes you have a story ;-)
If you’re sitting there thinking, I don’t have a story
Think harder because you do!

Here’s a simple 4-part blueprint for crafting yours:

1. Your WHY – Share the reason you started your business, related experiences along the way, and the reason you’re still in it today.

2. Your challenges - everyone’s journey is filled with challenges, it’s all part of it! They are a BIG part of your journey and your challenges will resonate with many others who are experiencing the same struggles!  I am not talking about personal things like divorces but business related challenges. 

3. Your triumphs and successes – this is where you share with your audience how you overcame your challenges and successes. Share those pivotal moments and experiences that you believe have contributed to the results you’ve achieved in your business (however big or small they may be). 

4. Your value - What you have to offer that will help your audience achieve their own triumphs and successes!

TIP: Get emotional! Really let those emotions flow as you write out your story. People are more attracted to people who are genuine and transparent.

I'm thinking about doing a fun challenge in this group where we all post a video of us sharing our story for a couple reasons:

1. It will help each of us get to know each other more!

2. It will help us practice sharing our story to the world!

3. VIDEO is THE most powerful marketing strategy to be using right now and it will be a great exercise to get us out of our comfort zones!

  2. Use words that provoke emotion or enthusiasm.

Why I choose residual income!

****THE 1ST OF THE MONTH SUCKS!!!!!!****
FACT:
Most bills are residual.
They come every month.
Usually due on the first.

FACT:
97% of the people don't have a residual
income. If they stop working, the money
stops. If they get fired, the bills don't
stop coming. The 97% don't even have at
least (6) months of living expenses saved.

FACT:
Your bills are residual.
You need a residual income that EXCEEDS
your bills. You need to live on less than
what you earn and save at least 10%.

ACTION:
Get in control or lose to someone who is!

The first of the month ...

For most people it sucks!

Right at the end of the month, they start
to get a knot in their stomach, thinking
about having to pay bills on the first.

They have NO EXTRA MONEY and they are
already behind with PAST DUE bills that
are waiting to be paid.

Especially people who only see a paycheck
twice a month. THAT'S IT! Twice a month!

But anyway ...

It's that time again.

The first of the month!

Did you pay all your bills and now you're broke?

Just think ...

In the next 2 weeks, half the month will be over
and you'll be in the same spot all over again,
because NOW YOU NEED BILL MONEY FOR THE FOLLOWING
MONTH!

I really don't think that your life's purpose is
to "chase a constant survival" and just get up
and go to work to pay bills.

Is it?

I know for a fact that you would really love to be
able to splurge a little without worrying about
replacing bill money before they come due.

You know ...

You see that new iPad or new TV or whatever, and you
want it, but then you realize that if you buy it, you'll
be using bill money and then you wonder how you're
going to replace it fast enough before the bills come.

Right?

But think about being able to have an extra $6,000 cash

Types of Content to Post on Social Media: 
Ever wonder what exactly to post on social media that is considered ‘valuable content’? There are times when you may overthink things, but the majority of the time, you probably just don’t know exactly what to post on a daily basis.  If you aren’t aware, consistency is extremely important if you’re building your business on social media.
 If you are going to be out of town for the weekend, schedule your posts so you don’t have to worry about it but whatever you do, don’t neglect it altogether.



Be inspirational.  Be motivational.  Share about your life without being dull or controversial.  You want people to be attracted to you and people are attracted to success, happiness, and inspiring posts.
People want to know that you are human.  No one wants to see spammy ads all day.  Share the fun that you have in your life.  You don't want to have all one type of post.  You want to share the journey your on so that people want to embark on that journey too!


Four Steps to Follow for Affiliate Marketing

There is a 4-step affiliate marketing strategy that
is used by most marketers to promote what they have to offer and is fairly simple to follow.

  1.  Solve your problem first.
This is a big one to discuss.  You can’t promote something if you’ve never tried it yourself first.  You MUST have bought the product or service prior to promoting it to other people.  Your prospects can sense whether or not you are being genuine so try it out for awhile, solve the problem you were looking to solve in the first place, and then move on to the second step.

2. Take Screenshots of results.
People want RESULTS.  They don’t go off of here-say.  At least, most people don’t. People also are skeptics by nature so a little proof can go a LONG way.
 3.Use a great marketing website.
By this, I mean make it simple for your prospects to WANT to get their hands on what you have.  You must create that desire that compels them into joining your opportunity!
4. Get the website in front of target market for the product. 
Now, after your website is ready,  you can get it in front of your target market!  You can do this by posting in various Facebook groups, blogging syndication groups (if you created a blog post), Facebook PPC ads, Twitter ads, etc.  There are a variety of ways to promote your product but PLEASE be very careful if you decide to promote your guide by paying for ads.  You need to have a solid understanding or format to go off of that helps you understand exactly how to create an ad; otherwise, you will rack up thousands of dollars very quickly.
