The Million Dollar Question

A lot of people really don't understand the concept of online marketing and how great the opportunity truly is and what it can do for their future. Unfortunately there are times where a person will join an online company and then quit shortly after. Why? Well that seems to be the million dollar question for some. Why do people say they see the vision and then just quit an opportunity that is going to help them change their future over time, just to go back to a lifestyle of working at a job that they were trying to get away from in the first place? There are all sorts of reasons people quit, but below are 3 popular reasons why people quit..

1) Early Expectation

I'm not quite sure why people think that when they join a  company, that they will be rich overnight. It simply just does not work like that. For everyone who has ever started a new job, when you're hired on do you get a pay raise the same day, week, month, or even the same year in some cases? NO!! That's just not realistic. You want to make sure that you're setting up a realistic expectation, especially if you've never been apart of the online marketing world. Once you set the appropriate expectation, then you can work  to make sure that tyou have set appropriate goals and become successful over time.

2) No goals are set and there are no daily methods of operation

If you think you can start a business and not set any type of goals nor have a daily method of operation that you do CONSISTENTLY and be successful then you are crazy. If you don't do anything each day, then how will anything within your business ever happen? What you need to do is sit down and really put in some deep thought to your goals. Saying I want to make $4,000 each month is not a real goal. You need to dig deep. Write down how you will achieve making $4,000 each month. Write down the actual day to day steps that it will take to make that $4,000 each month. Write down at what point of your day, week, or month that you will take the steps to get to that $4,000 each month. Make sense?

3) A person feels like they have a "bad" sponsor

If you are basing your level of success on what your sponsor does or does not do for you then you will not grow. A sponsor is not supposed to answer any and all questions that you have before and after you join their team. A sponsor also is not supposed to go over training/coaching with you, follow up with you, and always be readily available to you. . It's not a sponsor's job to hold your hand through every single little aspect of your business. They will not run your business for you. They are simply there to guide you to where the answers are. At the end of the day it's up to YOU to get things done. Never join a opportunity and expect your sponsor to do the work for you. That's not how it works.
